Online Course Enrollment
ONLINE COURSE ENROLLMENT
The 40-hour, MTO approved driver’s education course consists of 20 hours of instruction time (digital), 10 hours of home-link (digital assignments) and a minimum of 10 hours of in-vehicle instruction. The 30 hours online are all at the student’s pace, on their own computer. (This is NOT virtual eg: zoom). This is NOT IN-PERSON. There IS also in-class, you should register for in-person (in-class) by clicking on the green tab on the home page of parkerright.ca, not the one you did that says online registration. The system maximizes 5 hours per day for the 20 hours and more for the separate 10 hours, as was the classroom, and also forces a break, away from the computer. (Ministry Regulations)
Upon successful completion of this course, (30 hours online and then 10 hours in-car), the student will be certified on-line. The digital curriculum and the in-car lessons must both have passing grades of 70% or higher. If experience requirements are not met for the in-car portion, you will be required to purchase extra lessons to be ready and passable!!!! The Drive Test Centre will have access to your completion information for road test purposes. Furthermore, should it be required, a Driver’s Licence History is obtainable from Service Ontario, for a fee, for possible insurance discount purposes.
If you wish to move forward with enrollment in this course, proceed with payment. Payment is only by e-transfer, ((to the e-mail below) (also send 2nd e-mail with password for security question answer, as I don’t have auto deposit)) or cheque, in an envelope, in locking mailbox (at 21 Brock Street East Unit 2 Tillsonburg), do not put a cheque in Canada Post mail, as this delay in receipt of payment will delay the course code being emailed out, or call to arrange to meet up for cash. The enrollment code will not be sent to you until payment is received in full.

Please Note:
There is a 1-year time limit MAXIMUM to entirely complete the driver’s ed course (all 40 hours) from the date that you create an account, including driving. The digital 30-hour portion is VERY, VERY strongly recommended to be completed in MAXIMUM 2 months. If you take 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 months to complete the online portion, you WILL NOT get your 8-month date for G2, as the in-car lessons do not even begin until the digital 30-hour portion is completed in full. Experience and time are priority!!!!
